Normal microflora of the human body

Dear students,

you all please dont be dependent on notes only, try to search research articles and review papers online on the corresponding related topics.

Today we will learn about normal microflora of our body.

The term “normal microbial flora” denotes the population of microorganisms that inhabit the skin and mucous membranes of healthy normal persons.

Normal flora are the microorganisms that live on another living organism (human or animal) or inanimate object without causing disease. The human body is not sterile; we become colonised by bacteria from the moment we are born.
